Jobsworth works at the train station, diligently guarding the ticket barriers to make sure that no fare-dodging miscreants get through. He went through three years of gruelling training and can quote every individual code of the National Rail Service. After Pip and Clamp fail to get a ticket from Gunthorpe, he threatens to call the police, forcing them to jump the barriers and run away.
